18'' Nugget Ice Countertop Ice Maker

Used it for 4 days and now it randomly squeals each day like a bearing has already gone out. Have contacted customer service and waiting to hear back

I was hesitant because we have a separate counter ice machine that did not produce Sonic ice. This is the genuine article! Our previous one was also quite noisy. This one, however, is not! The only issue I have is figuring out how to replenish the base. Overall, I'd give it a 9/10 because of the base and the fact that it has to be pulled away from our wall in order for the lid to stay up. Overall, I'm pleased!

Larger than I anticipated, but it fits beautifully on the counter next to our refrigerator.

Excellent ice maker. The cleaning mode is not silent. Still excellent chewing ice. We add filtered water from the refrigerator on a daily basis because we go through it. Always filled with ice.

My spouse enjoys chomping on ice, especially soft and tiny Sonic ice. This ice machine does exactly that. He's notoriously difficult to buy for, so when he claimed this was the finest birthday present he'd ever received, I knew I'd won the best wife award. This machine is so simple to use that the only complaint I have is the tiny noise it makes when manufacturing ice, but what ice machine doesn't? The noise is kept to a minimum and is not distracting. This ice machine comes highly recommended by me.

For 5 months, the ice maker functioned flawlessly. The ice machine began to make a loud noise and then stopped working.

This was a birthday present from my husband, and I couldn't be happier! I'm a huge fan of nugget ice! I was tempted to acquire the more costly one that so many others had, but after reading the reviews, I'm glad I opted with this one! It's fantastic.
