General Ice Maker

We suggest you use filtered water. Please do not use milk, beverage or alcohol to make ice.
We suggest using an ice maker cleaner, vinegar, or lemon water. First, unplug the machine and then rinse all detachable parts with warm, soapy water. Wipe all internal parts with a soft cloth, add fresh water to the reservoir, and run a few cleaning cycles.

Please let the machine stand in an upright position for at least 24 hours to allow the refrigerant and oil inside to settle well before plugging it in.

Cube Ice Maker

Here are the steps on how to start the self-cleaning program:
1. Plug in the machine.
2. Please DO NOT press the power button to start the machine.
3. After you plug it in, please long-press the "Timer" button for more than 5 seconds.
4.The self-cleaning program will need about 15-20 mins to complete.
It is recommended to use drinking water or filtered water.
It may be because that your ice making time is set too long, or that the ambient temperature is too low. You can reduce the ice making time to -6 by pressing the minus key on the touch panel.
The ice maker does not make ice individually and we designed it this way to improve the efficiency of ice making. The ice machine comes with a scoop. You can easily separate the ice with it.
For the countertop models (IM-F, IM-FA, IM-FD, IM-FP) to completely drain out the water in the internal tank and the top water reservoir, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the unit is unplugged from the power source.
2. Remove the drain port cap located at the back of the machine.
3. Tilt the machine towards the drain port and wait some minutes, all of the water will flow out.
