Everything about the machine is onderful and it supplies plenty of ice quite quickly. The only drawback is that it is difficult to move the ice from the machine to the freezer. Because of the soft ice it creates a ball of ice. That is the only problem that we have seen.

I received my package today, and I already put it to use immediately. I am in loveeeeeee with this ice maker !!!! I wanted my ice to be soft and able to chew. It’s exactly like the ice you get from the hospital and that’s exactly what I wanted.

This ice maker is still going strong almost a year into purchase. I have it running 24/7 and I am constantly grabbing ice from it. The ice is soft and easy to crunch which is why I got this specific ice maker. I have hard water and so I just use the big jugs of water from the grocery store. We clean it through really well monthly and I wipe down the water storage weekly to prevent build up. It’s not terribly loud, and it makes ice very fast!

I really love this product. it makes the ice instantly and its the small cube ice that EVERYONE loves to chew on. I just fill it up with water and only wait if few minutes and boom I have ice. The only thing I have about it, is that it does run most of the time. Noise isnt too bad. doesnt use alot of power either.

It is quiet, easy to use and perfect for making tiny cubes of ice. I put the ice in gallon size bags and lay flat for freezing, this makes it super easy to break off ice(tapping on counter and pour from the bag)for drinks. Buy one, you will love it!
