When we ordered the Euhomy machine in December we had issues with it, but Euhomy quickly took care of the situation and replaced it with a new machine. This new machine is working great. Glad we bought this machine and Euhomy was great to work with.
I was hesitant because we have a separate counter ice machine that did not produce Sonic ice. This is the genuine article! Our previous one was also quite noisy. This one, however, is not! The only issue I have is figuring out how to replenish the base. Overall, I'd give it a 9/10 because of the base and the fact that it has to be pulled away from our wall in order for the lid to stay up. Overall, I'm pleased!

While there are a lot of nugget ice makers on the market, please keep in mind that if they are difficult to clean and drain, you won't enjoy using them as much. The Euhomy has a clean mode that circulates water through the machine without using the condenser, making it very simple to clean. The machine's ease of draining is also crucial.
