This ice machine is awesome! Makes ice very quick and has many settings so you can make the ice thinner/quicker or thicker ice in more time. Came packaged very well secured and no cosmetic issues. We bought this to replace our Icemaker. Over the years we have learned that Icemaker have a lifespan of about 5 years, then need replacement-repair is expensive and temporary. This model was very affordable. It makes nice cubes, and makes ice fast. Makes a bumming noise while in use, but is not very loud, and not loud when filling or making ice. It can be put in standby mode when you have enough ice, so energy saving as well. So far so good!

This is what I bought for my ice-crunching son. I need enough ice cubes from the refrigerator to brew my ice tea, and he wants his ice chips. Ice cube nuggets made with this product are perfectly crunchy but not overly firm. You may have ice nuggets in only a few minutes, and it is quiet and simple to use. My son gave the ice nuggets a W and stated the price was fair. Everyone is thrilled since that is a victory. Absolutely recommend.
We have now bought a second Thereye this year. Excellent customer service and a fantastic ice maker. I had a problem with the second machine, and the customer support crew was really helpful in getting it fixed. I'd unquestionably get this ice maker once more.
It's fantastic because it's quiet, simple to use, etc., but it didn't last long at all. I had high expectations for the machine but was ultimately very disappointed. On 6/09/22, I ordered this machine, and it stopped working on 12/30/22. My window shut on July 13. At the price, it ought to have lasted much longer; I'm a disgruntled client.
