Ice in 10. Really!!

In 10 minutes, you can have enough ice for a couple of drinks. In an hour, enough for a small party. Easy to operate, easy to clean, easy to store out of the way. I've had no issues with the machine, and recommend it to all.

Love this little ice maker. It makes ice quicker than waiting for it to freeze in the freezer I use bottled water for my ice. No problems with it so far. Noise level is low to medium but nothing bad.

I recently put the ice basket in the dishwasher and melted it. It no longer fits. After reaching out to customer service, they will be sending me a new ice basket.
The product itself works great. I am able to make enough ice to last me a month in about 3 hours. It is super easy to use and assemble.

Busy little machine, always making ice. Which is my only critique, that it has a hard time keeping the ice cold and solid once made, so the melt goes right back to the pump and continuously makes ice. That's kind of a drain on my power bill. I have to shut it off at night or else I keep hearing it make ice all night.

Here in Arizona our cold tap water comes out hot. Give it a few cycles and it makes ice quick and does a great job. For best results add cold water. I keep some in the fridge. Bought for the wife because our fridge stopped making ice it was so hot. Wife is a happy camper having ice water again. 5 star.
