Except for the compressor, it was great. Its high-pitched noise resembles tinnitus. I returned it because it hurt. Older or hearing-impaired people may not care. Friends heard the noise. One couldn't hear it and the other hated it too. The merchant said that the noise was usual. Excellent customer service and refunds. I'm writing this review to help you find a cooler that solves your problem. Despite the noise, it worked.

I bought this for long-distance work trips in my vehicle. To avoid draining my car motor battery, I got 2 batteries. A 200-watt solar panel trickled charged those batteries when the engine was off. It couldn't stay cold. Whether connected to a wall or 12V battery, it varied greatly. Sometimes it was 85 degrees or more, and I had to toss out all my ruined food. The app didn't work better. Customer help was unresponsive. No response to my contact us page message. I called the number mentioned and got a voicemail no one answered. I also tried the app with no luck. If you bought this product and have problems, be prepared to fix it yourself. Not recommended.

Not worth the price.Doesn't hold as much as I expected.

I've been using the AC adapter to power this fridge for two months with no problems. The Bluetooth app is very useful and does what it's supposed to do.

It's been a while since we've used the freezer. It wasn't worn out. He returned to truck trucking, freezer dies after two weeks. It keeps generating an F3 error, purportedly due to compressor overload. Rebooted. Leave it off for days. Powering it flashes F3. Everything worked well, however we spent over $300 for less than a year. My first guess was vehicle bouncing. This product is "made for travel" and targets truck drivers who desire quality cuisine instead than truck stop crap.

I I ran it for 48 hours, and the generator still had 40% of its power left.

The low price and the fact that I can use it in my truck on 12v while I'm on the road and then plug it into 110v when I get there are great. Used for a five-day trip and it worked great... I'm still trying to figure out what temperature will work best for me. It vibrates, and if you put it on a hard surface, it can be quite loud... As other people have said, setting the temperature is not very accurate... But by playing with it, I was able to make it work for me.

I liked how quiet the unit was. It worked well on my trip, where I needed to bring things that needed to be kept cold. It worked well. Because the food was already frozen and I put it on zero, everything stayed frozen even when I turned off the unit.

This has been great in my camper van for the past 1.5 years. Size/volume has never been a problem. Simple to drain and clean. It's amazing that if you set it low enough, it can turn into a freezer. I have nothing bad to say. I like it.
