I received 14'' Cube Ice Compact Ice Maker with Water Bucket as a present. Following the instructions let the unit sit overnight instead of the hour as recommended.
The next day I tried the machine, and it didn't produce any ice. Contacted customer service and was asked to send video of control panel while machine was running.
After 3 weeks of trying, I was told since I couldn't provide an order number, they couldn't help me and closed my file. So now I have a $200.00 paper weight.
I really like this amazing machine, although it's a bit larger than what I envisioned. Nonetheless, the high quality surpasses any expectations. I'm thrilled that I came across this valuable item because my fridge only produces a few ice cubes every four days, which is insufficient for my needs. I drink a lot of water while exercising in my garage and require a lot of ice, but this machine effectively caters to my needs.

To provide some background, the ice maker has a size of 45 pounds per day, 6 gears for ice size, and can add water in two ways. The color of the ice maker is silver. Due to living remotely, getting ice from the supermarket without it melting is challenging. However, this ice maker provided a solution to the problem. Although the instructions suggested leaving the unit upright for an hour before use, the user left the ice maker unused for 24 hours to make sure any refrigerant settled correctly. Using the ice maker was easy, requiring only water and a power source. The user conducted several runs, discovering that using cold spring water created ice cubes more efficiently. The size and weight of the unit required that it be set up on a counter and not moved. The ice maker should not be placed in direct sunlight. The only issue the user encountered was that the ice would sometimes fall in large chunks that were difficult to break apart. Regardless, the user was satisfied with the ice maker's performance. Additionally, upon taking it out of the box, the user at first believed that they had chosen a blue-colored ice maker, but they realized that it had a protective blue film covering the silver color.
I enjoy the fact that the ice is in cube shape rather than in the form of bullets because it has a longer lifespan. It is not noisy until it falls into the container, but this signals that the ice-making process is finished, which is attention-grabbing.
