I'm so excited to use this. I have wanted this one for a while.

Awesome, but loud.

This is a really nice ice maker, and my family loves it. In 2-3 hours you have perfect "sonic" ice, and is easy to clean and maintain.. (currently running cleaning cycle in my video.) I did however take away 1 star because this machine is extremely loud. It almost sounds as if a gear or something is rubbing or grinding inside.

I was a little hesitant on buying this icemaker. I had always had a bullet icemaker and was worried that this sonic ice would melt too fast. Boy was I wrong. I am so happy I bought this icemaker. The ice taste good and lasts all day in my thermal cup. Only down side is that it is louder than the other icemakers I have bought in the past. I can over look the noise because how fast it can make ice is amazing. Very happy with my purchase and am thinking about buying one for my daughter and her family. She is always coming over to my home to fill her huge thermal cup with ice. Her icemaker cant keep up with the families need for ice.
