STEP 1:
Fill glass halfway with Crescent ice; add diced peach.
STEP 2:
Top up with more ice.
STEP 3:
Pour soda water, then orange juice
STEP 4:
Add grenadine; let it sink.
STEP 5:
Stir lightly; garnish with peach skewer.
