473 ml cucumber juice

45 grams sugar

Lemon slices

2 cups cucumber juice

3 tablespoons sugar

STEP 1:

Mix the cucumber juice and sugar in a vessel, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.

STEP 2:

Pour the mixture into the slushie machine and select the SLUSHIE mode.

STEP 3:

Once the slush reaches the ideal consistency, the unit will beep, and pour it into glasses.

STEP 4:

Garnish with lemon slices.
