This came as advertised. Not a dent or scratch on it. I have to say it was over-packaged to prevent damage. I'm in the Bronx NY, and the UPS driver offered to help me bring it into my house. I feel bad for everyone who received this dented and scratched per reviews. I guess some delivery drivers care and some don't. This freezer is quiet. Quieter than my regular Fridg. The two baskets are nice, but for me, only one is needed. A lot of storage area. If you like to buy in bulk and vacuum seal and freeze like me, this is for you. If you have a large family, they do sell a bigger model. I recommend.
PERFECT FOR MY USE WORK GREAT!
I needed a small freezer as I make my own pet food and was tired of not being able to buy ice cream for me because I had no room in my side by side fridge/freezer. I have it in the garage and it is perfect! I looked for one that is garage ready because not all of them are and that could cause them to use more electricity or fail to work.
Let me make a note here that the green light in front is only on when the compressor is running. I thought mine was broken at first because it wouldn’t stay on.
On that note, It is very efficient energy wise! The light is hardly on (not running) and I have it turned to 2.5 which is warmer (you start at 4) but everything is still frozen solid.
The plastic bins are nice to keep smaller items in so they don’t end up on the bottom. I have not tried defrosting it yet (doesn’t need it) but the drain is in the front.
My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner!
