RETURN

THE FOLLOWING ARE IMPORTANT TERMS. PLEASE NOTE:

1. If the product cannot work due to quality problems, or if the product is damaged in transportation, we can provide free return.
2. If it is not the quality of the product, please keep the return time within 30 days.
3. If you want to return the product you have used, it does not meet your expectations. You can apply for a return within seven days ,Euhomy team will answer it for you.
4. If you have received our appliance and have not used them, you may be dissatisfied due to wrong payment or size, youโ€™d better contact Euhomy customer service team in time

To complete your return,we require a receipt or proof(Please tell our customer service team the serial number in the product nameplate) of purchase. In general, our handling time is within 30 days, I suggest if you have any problems, Please contact us as soon as possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:(if applicable)

*Any item not in its original condition,is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES(IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@euhomy.com and based on your location, we will inform you of the nearest return address.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING(IF APPLICABLE)

To return your product, email us at support@euhomy.com and based on your location, we will inform you of the nearest address for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the shipping time for your exchanged product may vary.

To ensure the safe arrival of your returned item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any item over $75. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without proper tracking or insurance.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved,then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDSย 

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
