works swiftly and effectively, although the ice is quite little.

This is fantastic for my spouse and me. It makes ice quickly but will not keep a party going. There isn't a lot of loudness. It's also a bit loud.

UPDATE: I returned the ice producer that very day and I got a substitution a couple of days after the fact. No leak of oil! I added water and turned the unit on after a brief wash and the recommended settle time. A couple of moments later...ICE!!! So far, this is quickly making ice. It appears that the first one that arrived covered in oil was a fluke.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Additionally, oil had saturated the box's interior. This may be an issue with shipping. The beyond the item box has huge red bolts which signifies "keep upstanding". Euhomy, on the other hand, enclosed the icemaker box within a larger Amazon box. Additionally, the icemaker box could only be positioned sideways within the box! It probably overturned halfway through shipping. The replacement was ordered right away. We'll see how it gets there. If this was a single shipping error, I will change my rating.

The only drawback is that although it is advertised as having a self-cleaning function, I did not receive one. Consequently, that made me unhappy. I wouldn't have spent the additional cash on it. However, it is excellent. I would have given it five stars, but because it didn't have a self-cleaning mode, I only gave it four.

It works perfectly. The ice basket isn't completely inside the insulated body like the last one I had. As a result, the ice melts faster.

It's fantastic! The ice had a strange taste at first, but it's either gone or we've become accustomed to it. The vent emits a lot of heat, and we have nowhere else to put it except against a wall, so it gets a little warm on one side but not too awful. It accomplishes its purpose!

I was skeptical at first, but now I'm hooked.

It is huge.

Produces ice as described. Large ice bullets are my preference. I've only used it for one day, so I can't speak on its longevity.
