I was nervous because this only had one review when I was ready to purchase a nugget ice machine when the others had 1000’s but I thought well I have 30 days to return. I did have an issue but emailed support and they got back to me immediately and the issue which user error and was minor was resolved in less than 12 hours. Customer service is amazing. When I didn’t email them back they actually reached out to me again to make sure my issue was resolved! Now let’s get in to it.
Don’t pass up this machine because it’s not a big name company. I absolutely love mine. Yes it makes some noise but honestly no more than my dishwasher or anything else in my kitchen. It can be hooked up to waterlines or stand alone. I have mine on the island in my kitchen so that it gets good air flow all around. It makes the perfect nugget ice. Clean your machine once a month. This was a lesson I learn with earlier bullet machines I have had. I waited until I have had mine for a while before posting a review instead of coming one here after 24 hours because I wanted it to be as accurate as possible. It makes the perfect nugget ice in my opinion. I never buy bag ice anymore. I’m even contemplating buying a second for our traveling needs. I love the light. I know it’s silly but it’s so cute. I can use all the ice and I can go about clean house and it seem like no time it full again. I just can’t tell you how much I love this machine. Try it out you have a grace period!

One thing that should be noted is the need to let the Euhomy machine settle after setting it up, similar to letting a fridge or AC settle. The nugget ice produced is decent, although not as crunchy as sonic ice and a bit tougher. It's uncertain if a countertop model could effectively create the same level of softness. However, if you have a couple hundred dollars to spare, the Euhomy machine is definitely superior to other bullet ice machines with better capacity. It's satisfying if you're used to bullet machines that cost around $130.

This ice maker is fantastic It's a true luxury to always have ice on hand. I'm amazed at how much ice it can produce. It's also very user-friendly and operates quietly. I highly recommend it

The ice it produces is simply wonderful. I have read some reviews where people have experienced leaks, but I have not had that issue at all. While it is a bit loud, my family and I don't mind the noise. Considering the price, I am very happy with my purchase. The ice produced by this machine is just like the soft nugget ice you would find at Sonic. My family loves it We always use filtered water in our Euhomy ice maker for the best results.

This Euhomy ice maker is the best investment we've made We use it daily and it produces ice quickly, just like the Sonic ice we love.

Very very very happy!! It has been working good and has produced an abundance of ice for us. We have discovered that using cold water speeds up the ice-making process.
